Terms of Service
Effective date:
Eldreki Fire Protection ("Eldreki") is operated by Efficient Build LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of eldreki.com and any Eldreki service offered under these Terms. By accessing or using this website or purchasing a service offered under these Terms, you agree to these Terms.
Using This Website
You are welcome to read, watch and share what is here. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or extract its content in bulk.
We may change, add to, or remove parts of the website at any time.
Our Services
Eldreki currently offers the Fire Resilience Strategy Call: a 60-minute consultation focused on wildfire protection, home hardening, fire-resilient construction, and practical risk-reduction priorities. Other services may be offered from time to time; what is available, and its price, is shown on the Services page at the time you book.
A consultation is a conversation about your property and your questions. It does not include an inspection, written reports or formal property assessments, engineering or design services, a formal code review, certification, or a warranty of any kind.
Eldreki consultations are conducted remotely. Our guidance is based on the information, photographs, video, documents, and other materials you provide. We do not physically inspect the property or verify whether the materials accurately represent current conditions. Conditions that are concealed, not visible, outdated, or not provided to us may affect our guidance.
Payment
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars. Payment is taken at the time of booking, through Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy.

Scheduling and Attendance
After payment you choose an appointment time yourself, through a scheduling link. Please book it promptly — we cannot hold a time you have not selected — and let us know as early as you can if you need to change it. Joining late shortens the consultation rather than extending it.
Consultations are held by video call. You are responsible for your own connection, camera and any photographs or documents you want to discuss.
What Eldreki Does Not Guarantee
We make real efforts to give accurate, practical, useful information. Even so: website content and consultations may contain mistakes; information may be incomplete or out of date; a recommendation may later prove unsuitable or wrong; and the condition of a building is often different from what is visible or disclosed.
Wildfire behavior is not predictable. Weather, fuels, terrain, construction quality, materials, installation, maintenance, neighboring properties and emergency response are all outside our control, and all of them affect what happens to a building.
Nothing Eldreki recommends, describes, or provides is a guarantee that a property will survive a wildfire. We do not guarantee that any recommendation, product, assembly, material, mitigation strategy, improvement or consultation will prevent ignition, prevent damage, prevent injury or death, prevent loss of property, secure code approval, or secure insurance approval.
Wildfire resilience is risk reduction. It is not survival.
Professional and Technical Limits
Eldreki guidance is not a substitute for advice or approval from the professionals and authorities whose role it is to give it, including licensed engineers, architects, contractors and trades, code officials, permitting authorities, fire departments, emergency-management agencies, insurers and attorneys.
Eldreki does not provide engineering advice on fire-sprinkler systems, interior or exterior. We will discuss where sprinklers fit in an overall strategy, and we will tell you when a question needs a licensed fire-protection engineer or sprinkler contractor — but design, specification, calculations and anything submitted for a permit are theirs, not ours. The same is true of structural engineering and of any work requiring a stamp.
Deciding whether professional review, engineering, permitting, inspection or any other approval is required for your property or project remains yours. So does obtaining it.
You are responsible for the design decisions you make, the contractors you hire, the work as it is built, its maintenance afterwards, and compliance with the codes and requirements that apply where you are. Eldreki is not responsible for work performed or implemented by property owners, contractors, installers, manufacturers, or other third parties, including whether recommendations are interpreted or implemented correctly.
Educational Content Is Not Property-Specific Advice
Videos, articles, guides, downloadable resources and the assessment pages on this site are general education. They are written without knowledge of your building, your site, or your local requirements, and following them is not the same as having advice about your property.
Educational content is not intended to identify every wildfire vulnerability, condition, mitigation option, or action that may apply to a particular property. The absence of a condition or recommendation from Eldreki content does not mean that it is unimportant, unnecessary, or inapplicable to your property.
Information also changes over time. Building conditions, vegetation, maintenance, products, codes, standards, research, and other relevant information may change after content is published.
Sending a question through the contact form does not create a consulting relationship and does not guarantee a response. For advice about a specific property, book a consultation.
Not an Emergency Service
Eldreki is not an emergency-response service. The website, contact form, videos, guides and consultations are not monitored for active emergencies.
If you are facing an active wildfire or any other emergency, follow official evacuation orders and instructions from local authorities, and contact emergency services — call 911 — when appropriate.

Eldreki and Efficient Build LLC own the original content on this site unless stated otherwise: images, videos, articles, guides, PDFs, graphics, diagrams, text, educational materials, downloadable resources, branding and logos.
Please do share it. Linking to any Eldreki page or video, sending one to a neighbor or a contractor, quoting a passage with attribution, and using what you learn on your own property are all welcome and are what this content is for.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy or republish substantial parts of Eldreki content;
- redistribute or resell it;
- reuse it commercially;
- modify it and present the result as your own;
- use it in paid training, courses, publications or products;

If you would like to use Eldreki content for educational, professional, or commercial purposes beyond what is allowed above, please contact us. We are happy to consider requests, particularly for educational or professional events with appropriate attribution, as well as commercial partnerships.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldreki and Efficient Build LLC are not liable for damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on free educational content provided on this website.
For paid services offered under these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Eldreki and Efficient Build LLC arising out of or relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid to Eldreki for the service or services giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldreki and Efficient Build LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website or services offered under these Terms.
This reflects what the sections above describe: the decisions and the implementation are yours, and the conditions that determine what happens to a building in a wildfire are outside Eldreki's control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Third-Party Services, Links and Resources
We use third-party services including Stripe for payments, Google Calendar and Google Meet for scheduling and consultations, YouTube for video hosting, and a cloud provider for hosting. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services or practices.
Eldreki content may also link to or refer to third-party websites, publications, research, products, manufacturers, organizations, or other resources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, products, services, or practices. A link, citation, reference, or mention does not by itself mean that Eldreki endorses or guarantees the third party, its products or services, or everything contained in the referenced resource.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Eldreki's services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page is updated when material changes are made. The version of the cancellation and refund policy that applies to a booking is the version you accepted when you paid, which is recorded with your order.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or Eldreki's services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Boulder County, Colorado.
