One complimentary reschedule. If you cancel instead, no refund.
No-show
One complimentary reschedule. If you decline to reschedule, no refund.
A second late cancellation or no-show
No refund, and no further complimentary reschedule.
If Eldreki cancels
Your choice: a full refund, or a reschedule.
Once per customer
The Fire Resilience Intro Call is available once per customer. It may not be purchased repeatedly as a substitute for the Fire Resilience Strategy Call. Eldreki may cancel and refund duplicate Intro Call purchases.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within two business days.
