What is not included
The Strategy Call is a conversation where we share our knowledge and practical guidance based on the information you provide. It does not include an on-site inspection, written reports or property assessments, engineering or design services, or formal code reviews.
We do not provide engineering advice on fire-sprinkler systems, interior or exterior. That requires a licensed fire-protection engineer or sprinkler contractor, and we will tell you so on the call rather than guess.
Our guidance does not constitute approval of any design, product, or installation, or guarantee code compliance, permit approval, insurance eligibility, or insurance approval.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
- 48+ hours before your appointment
- Full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 48 hours before
- One complimentary reschedule. If you cancel instead, a 50% refund.
- No-show
- One complimentary reschedule. If you decline to reschedule, a 50% refund.
- A second late cancellation or no-show
- No refund, and no further complimentary reschedule.
- If Eldreki cancels
- Your choice: a full refund, or a reschedule.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within two business days.
