Intro Call Credit Terms

When you book a Fire Resilience Intro Call, you receive a $20 credit toward a Fire Resilience Strategy Call. These terms explain how the credit works. They are part of our Terms of Service, and you accept them when you book an Intro Call.
What the credit is
- $20 off one Fire Resilience Strategy Call booked through this website.
- Issued when your Intro Call payment is confirmed, and sent to you by email with your booking confirmation.
- One credit per Intro Call purchase.
How long it lasts
The credit expires 60 days after it is issued. The expiry date is shown in the email that delivers it.
Who can use it
The credit is non-transferable. It can only be used by the person who bought the Intro Call, with the email address used to pay for it.
What it cannot be used for
- It applies only to the Fire Resilience Strategy Call, not to any other service.
- It has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or paid out if unused.
- It cannot be combined with any other credit or discount. One credit per Strategy Call booking; credits cannot be added together.
If your Intro Call is cancelled or refunded
Your credit stays valid until its expiry date, whether or not the Intro Call takes place.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for credits issued in the future. A credit already issued keeps the terms that were in force on the day it was issued.
